By: MatthewMy name is Matthew and I have been with Luxottica for 2 years as the Franchising Operations Manager. With over 15 years franchising experience, I joined Luxottica to assist with the development of the Franchise side of the business and what a great place I chose to work at.
I have a real passion for helping Franchise Partners to be successful and to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship built around ensuring each other’s success. At Luxottica the business is full of wonderful people who are passionate about what they do and making a difference in people’s lives.
Our Franchise Partners success and the overall business success is a tribute to all the great work that my team and Luxottica have done over the last 2 years. As someone asked me the other day, can you image spending the rest of your career at Luxottica? I absolutely can and I hope that it is a long and fruitful one.
