Introducing our Leaders of the New Dawn

This month Luxottica has enlisted the help of a few of the winners of the Leaders of the New Dawn award to show you how we value great performance and what it’s like to work with us.

Leaders of the New Dawn is a recognition program here at Luxottica that recognizes and congratulates the stars of our company who have inspired, engaged and empowered those around them. This could have been through sales, customer service, empowering others, motivating teams through great change, smashing KPIs or executing innovative and out of the box ideas.

Our bloggers this month are:

Darren – a Store Manager with OPSM, he was nominated for the award because of his passion, relationship with customers and commitment to his team.

Troy – one of our OPSM Optometrists, Troy was nominated because of his passion and innovative ideas, as well as the strong working relationships that he has built locally and nationally with both the Regional Sales and Eyecare Teams.

Melissa – a Multi Store Manager with Laubman & Pank, she was nominated for her assistance with developing the business and B2B relationships.

Brandee – a Store Manager with Sunglass Hut, Brandee was nominated for empowering people and sharing knowledge and success with her peers.

Kirsty – another Store Manager with Sunglass Hut but with our team in New Zealand, Kirsty was nominated because of the high level of customer service she provides, as well as the inclusive culture she has developed within her team.

Matthew – working in Franchising, he was nominated for his innovative approach to problem solving and because he has worked hard at simplifying things for our Franchise Partners and the business.
