Our recruitment process varies across the business. We review all applications and shortlist those who are best suited to the job. We’ll then chat to you over the phone as the next step in getting to know you. After that we may organise an interview, psych evaluation or even a really fun assessment centre.
It’s about us getting to know you and giving you the opportunity to check us out and make sure we get the fit right.
The questions you will be asked at interview will be specific to the position you have applied for. We use behavioural interviewing questions where you will be asked to give examples of how you have demonstrated competencies in your previous roles, relating specifically to the advertised job.
