Optometry Graduate Recruitment Program

Over the past few years we’ve enjoyed amazing success via the Luxottica Optometry Graduate Recruitment Program with over 300 new Optometry graduates joining our Optometry Team.

Your Graduate success is supported by the Luxottica Mentor Program, Regional Eyecare Managers and a specifically designed 12-month training program called the Optometry Learning Pathways. This collection of experienced industry experts and training programs ensures a solid foundation and a great introduction to your Optometry career.

Graduate Career Paths

Luxottica Graduates have the opportunity to continue to build a career path that allows them to experience all facets of Optometry as well as the other great parts of our business, like General Practice, Specialised Optometry such as Contact lenses and Children’s behavioural vision as well as Business Partnerships.

Cadetship Program

We also offer undergraduates a Cadetship Program. Luxottica assists Optometry students (especially those who have moved interstate) with financial allowances while studying at University.

Luxottica also supports the Optometry schools within Australia and New Zealand with their Preceptorship and Externship Programs. We allow students to work under supervision within many of our stores for up to three weeks to help enhance their clinical skills.

OneSight Clinics

How about the opportunity to apply your skills outside of the Optometry room and a retail environment? We offer Graduates the opportunity to be involved in our OneSight clinics across Australia and New Zealand and even overseas, in countries such as Thailand, Mexico, South Africa, Cambodia and Panama.
